Terms of Service

By accessing or using MilkySEO (available at milkyseo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of MilkySEO, including users of free tools and registered account holders. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

MilkySEO provides web-based SEO analysis tools, including (but not limited to) meta tag analyzers, keyword density checkers, SERP preview tools, and technical SEO auditing tools. Some tools are available free of charge without registration. Others require a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

You agree to use MilkySEO only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of MilkySEO or any third party
• Transmit or submit harmful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other user accounts, or our infrastructure
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the service at a rate that exceeds reasonable human usage, without prior written consent
• Use the service to conduct or facilitate competitive intelligence gathering beyond what is permitted by your plan
• Resell or sublicense access to MilkySEO tools without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

When account registration becomes available, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others outside a permitted Team plan.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@milkyseo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

When paid plans are available, the following terms will apply:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
• You authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then and will not receive a prorated refund for unused time, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

Free tools are provided at no charge and these billing terms do not apply to them.

All content on MilkySEO — including the software, UI design, text, graphics, and tool logic — is owned by MilkySEO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you input into our tools. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of delivering the requested tool output. We do not store or use your input data beyond the immediate request.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of MilkySEO without our prior written consent.

MilkySEO provides SEO analysis tools for informational and optimization purposes. Tool outputs are not guarantees of search engine ranking, traffic, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms are complex, change frequently, and are not fully disclosed by search engines.

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that results are always complete, current, or error-free. You should verify important findings with additional sources and apply professional judgment before acting on tool output.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MilkySEO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to MilkySEO in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

We may suspend or terminate your access to MilkySEO at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason that jeopardizes the security or integrity of the service or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you have an account, you may request deletion by contacting us at hello@milkyseo.com. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion timelines.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
